About the Show

We’re just a bunch of people fumbling through stuff, trying to figure it out and you can do it too. Join us on this journey featuring Leggs and Buffalo from False Reality Check, Lanni and Chud from The World as it is Today, Moral Bob from Hidden in Plain Sight and his wife Kaylee. This is a once or twice a month panel show of self sufficient individuals and homesteaders working on improving their lives through independence. Additional episodes focusing on more solutions may be released on this feed.

Meet our Hosts

Leggs

Like Buffalo, Leggs gets her name from her husband. On a particularly sunny day out hiking while wearing some short shorts, he proclaimed, "Look at them LEGGS!" Thus the moniker was born. Leggs is the dry wit behind the mic on False Reality Check.

Lanni

Broth mistress and Queen of Preservation, Lanni from Greener Postures and co-host of Feed The Beauty also teaches classes on how to best preserve your family's harvest. She co-hosts The World As It Is Today with her husband ChudX and raises a beautiful family on a homestead in Washington.

Buffalo

We're all given slave names at birth on our birth certificates, why not choose a name you prefer. Buffalo is my chosen name after a particularly active trip out in nature I became chatty. My wife called me a rambler, then Buffalo got mixed in there somewhere and the rest is history. The Bison or American Buffalo is a beautiful and majestic creature, almost hunted into extinction. Join me on my journey along this journey we call life.
